We recently had the pleasure of attending the Apprentice Awards at Lakes College — a fantastic afternoon recognising the hard work, dedication and talent of apprentices across the region.
A huge congratulations to Noah Baines (left), who was named Carlisle Apprentice of the Year representing NW Total! 👏 An incredible achievement and thoroughly deserved.
We’re also extremely proud of Lewis Burns (middle pic 2), who was awarded Highly Commended — a brilliant recognition of his commitment and progress.
Both awards are a testament not only to Noah and Lewis’ individual effort, but also to the strength of apprenticeship development within our teams.
Well done to you both — we’re proud to have you representing NW Total! 🌟
