Bradley Baxter has recently completed the LRQA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor course in Birmingham, further strengthening our capability in Quality and Assurance.
Reflecting on the experience, Bradley said:
🗣️ “Throughout the week I learned how ISO 9001 is implemented within general businesses and our own, along with how I can audit quality management systems effectively. To continue my own development, I have been looking to widen my knowledge by partaking in Assurance based courses. This will enable me to encourage us as a business to continually improve as well as ensuring our external stakeholders do too.”
