Apprenticeships at NWT aren’t just for the workshop. This week, we’re also proud to spotlight Lyla, our Business Admin apprentice.
Lyla’s apprenticeship has been all about working hard, building confidence, and developing new skills in a real working environment. She’s especially enjoyed meeting and working with new people and learning how different job roles across the business all link together.
Lyla chose the apprenticeship route because she felt it suited her better than university, and her advice to anyone thinking about applying is simple:
