NW Total designed and manufactured six bespoke demineralised water flushing rigs to clean piping systems to AS 4059 Class 6 or better.
Developed in two variants to deliver flow rates of 40 l/min and 400 l/min, the systems combine automatic filter changeover, live particle cleanliness monitoring and bespoke controls within a compact, transportable design. Once the required cleanliness grade is selected through the touchscreen HMI, the flushing process operates automatically, monitoring performance and alerting the operator when the required standard has been achieved.
