We’re delighted to announce that Shelly Madigan has joined our team as our new Project Manager.
Shelly’s background includes significant experience in the nuclear sector, where she has successfully led the safe delivery of multi‑disciplinary engineering projects within highly regulated environments.
She brings a strong track record of ensuring full compliance with SHE requirements, CDM regulations, Site Licence Conditions, and Nuclear Safety Culture, and is recognised for embedding high standards of business conduct, compliance, and ethical behaviour into day‑to‑day operations.
Shelly has full lifecycle experience spanning concept development, feasibility, business case preparation, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and final handover. She has also played a key role in establishing robust project management frameworks within newly formed teams, introducing governance, reporting, assurance, and control processes aligned to regulatory expectations.
