At NWT, our workshop apprentices benefit from a mix of:

🏭 Real workshop experience alongside skilled tradespeople
📍 The opportunity to travel to the Bendalls Engineering Skills Academy in association with Lakes College, where they continue developing their knowledge and practical skills in a dedicated training environment
Apprenticeships are a fantastic route into engineering, offering the chance to earn, learn, and gain valuable industry experience from day one.
